We can offer Granite and Marble, which can be incorporated into your bathroom or Kitchen in many exciting ways.

We’re seeing designs rich in natural materials. It’s a trend that will continue. Most people select either marble or porcelain in large size tiles that they can lay close together and make the grout lines disappear. Tumbled marbles come in choice of colours light usually light colours beige, creamy milk tones that gives you that earthy feel. They have a buffed rather than polished finish.
The tumbled pieces can be laid on the diagonal to give you a pattern and enhanced feeling of space. The kitchens open onto the dining rooms and family rooms and the marble continues throughout the house, creating a nice, big open room feeling.

Larger porcelain tiles are popular for some of the same reasons. Porcelain is more refined than some ceramics and comes in matt or polished finishes. It has colour all the way through so if it chips you won’t notice it as much. It can be laid very close together so that you have minimal grout lines.

The kitchen flooring material may continue throughout the whole house. Some clients even carry the kitchen floor into the bathroom and up the walls of the shower. The marble may be cut smaller in the bathroom and shower but using it throughout opens up the home and makes it feel larger. The rooms may be divided by columns and archways or by using different colours of marble to create borders or corner inserts. Or someone might use marble throughout the rest of the home and then change to porcelain tiles in the kitchen for a slightly more durable floor. Marble takes a long time to ruin, though, and will resist stains if you get the proper sealant.
